Nordrest is a foodservice company that was founded in 2014. Nordrest’s overarching goal is to enhance dining experiences in Sweden. The company’s operations include restaurant and café management with a focus on natural guest flows and contract-based meal solutions. With approximately 200 serving locations in 11 different counties, the company is one of Sweden’s leading providers of dining experiences. Nordrest’s vision is to create better and more sustainable dining experiences for people throughout their lives.

The company has a diverse customer base and operates within segments like Defense, Corporates, Education, Healthcare & Elderly Care, and Travel. The company primarily serves the public sector but also has significant involvement in the private sector. Among its customers are entities such as NATO, the Swedish Armed Forces, Ericsson, Volvo Cars, SKF, AcadeMedia, Karolinska Institutet, Gothenburg University, Region Gävleborg, and MTRX. The company’s offerings include unique meal solutions tailored to each customer’s needs and preferences, as well as ready-made brand concepts such as Taste by Nordrest, Togo by Nordrest, Pocket by Nordrest, La Girafe, Dinners, and Way Cup.

Nordrest has a clear ambition and ambitious plan for continued growth. We see good opportunities to grow faster than the market pace, both organically and through acquisitions.

The board of Nordrest has established the following medium-term financial goals (3-5 years):

Growth

Organic revenue growth should exceed 10 percent per year on average.

Profitability

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) should amount to 8-10 percent.

Indebtedness

Indebtedness, expressed as net debt divided by earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), should not exceed 2.0 times.

Dividend Policy

The dividend shall correspond to a dividend payout ratio of at least 50 percent of profit after tax, subject to larger acquisitions.

Corporate Governance

The company is a Swedish public limited company. Prior to listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, the corporate governance of the company was based on Swedish law as well as internal rules and regulations. Since the company’s shares are planned to be listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, which is a multilateral trading platform, there is no requirement for the company to apply the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (”the Code”). For this reason, the company has chosen not to apply the Code.
